Eclectic International makes clear choices. Not just in our services, but also in the way we relate to our customers, stakeholders, employees and environment. Our starting point is good corporate citizenship. Being aware of the impact of your actions on your environment.
With our services, whether this is providing IT solutions, consulting or staffing matters, we contribute to consistently better results for the client. We are “Committed to Sustainable Solutions". This approach also means good corporate citizenship and sustainability. Being attentive to your environment and prudent with the use of natural resources.
To raise further awareness to this topic within our own organization and with our client base we have given our team the challenge to come up with ideas to improve our sustainability policy further. More then 60 suggestions were put forward. All with practical applications and ready to be integrated into our normal day-to-day operations.
Eclectic employees spend a significant portion of their time ‘on the road’ either by car or public transport. Mobility is one of the high ranking topics that need a critical approach. CO2 emissions can easily be reduced. In cooperation with our care lease company we hope to establish a CO2 neutral fleet within the next four years.
The first step has been the purchase of a 100% electrically powered car.
Our offices are located at Sprundelsebaan in Breda. A stately mansion in a park-like setting with the sounding name "Lindenborg." We switched to ‘green’ electricity and gas consumption. This provides a reduction in CO2 emissions of 49 tons! In the upcoming period more steps will be introduced.
We will start talks with our clients to determine how Eclectic can offer support in making measurable sustainability goals.
Karen Henderson started her career in the SAP consulting industry in 2003; she worked in London until 2006 where she build an extensive network within Europe with a focus on the BeNeLux market. She has delivered consulting services to oil, banking and the logistics industry.
In 2006 she has successfully set up a Dutch office in Amsterdam for her UK employer and has since been responsible for corporate business development in the Benelux. Services included Microsoft, SAP and generic IT consulting. With all the recent changes she found that the market needs IT Solution Partners rather then ‘just suppliers’.
Karen is very impressed with the Eclectic Services model in which this ‘total solution’ is being offered in an innovative way. Services in the BI, BPM and PPM area are offered with an Eclectic personal touch. The combination of innovation, Eclectic’s impressive network and Karen’s experience result in a winning sales team. She is looking forward to working with Eclectics’ commercial team.
