Eclectic team

The Eclectic team is the companies’ most important asset. The Eclectic culture recognizes individual ambitions, personal development and performance management. This safeguards the clients’ access to a motivated team, with a multi-year experience level in its discipline.
Our consultants in the field implement state-of-the art SAP and Microsoft solutions. Contributions are delivered through in-depth application knowledge, business process expertise and project management services. IT and business leadership is supported with the set-up and management of relevant programs. The Eclectic consulting team is strengthened by an associate network of some 1500 qualified consultants, project managers and interim managers.
Eclectic’s recruitment team focuses on delivering human capital, i.e. employees, with the right qualifications. Also recruitment best practices are shared with clients. Eclectic supports clients in the design of an effective recruitment strategy and process. The implementation of this process includes the training of HR staff and hiring managers.
