eLearning Consultant (32-40 hours)

For our client, an international tech company, we are currently looking for an eLearning Consultant. The client is a tech based company which specializes in a Document Control Management System which they developed themselves! It has a main focus on Engineering and construction projects.

Their head office is based in Culemborg the Netherlands and their system is being used worldwide! Their customers are based all over Europe, South-East Asia, America, Middle East, Australia and many more. This makes for a dynamic work environment in which you have to help customers all over the world.

Within your role as an eLearning Consultant you will play an important role in the growth and development of the company and its online Academy and e-learning courses. You will be responsible for the support of the e-learning expansion by:

• Key area content creation identification
• Feature and functionality research
• Creation of: ‘How-to’ video scripts and easy to digest written content
• Interactive learning objectives
• Design and Layout
• Video recording and editing tool selection

Furthermore you will be supporting the internally run programs which are designed for employee retention and development.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Experience with interactive e-learning creation
• Knowledge of instructional design principles
• Able to explain complex concepts in ‘easy to digest’ ways
• Experience with Articulate Rise and Storyline
