SAP SuccesFactors Consultant (36 hours)
Salary range: €5.000 – €6.000 based on 36 hours / Knowledge and Experience
Location: The Hague (Dutch residency is required)
For our client which is a part of a global corporate organization which operates in the integrated energy and chemical industry, we are currently looking for a SAP Consultant with a focus on Succes Factors and HR.
They are the subsidiary of one of the global market leaders within the oil industry. The subsidiary organization is responsible for all procurement on all fronts for the main organization.
You will be placed within the IT Business Cloud Management team which is responsible for all aspects of the business critical cloud systems. They are currently using the following systems: S4 Hana Cloud, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Concur, Ariba, SAP Business Technology platform, etc. Your focus will be within the HR and Success Factors systems.
What are you going to do?
As an SAP SF Consultant you will be responsible for supporting the business, maintaining the Success Factors environment and for the implementation and applying of the new innovations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the following:
– Identify new opportunities
– Process optimalisation
– Implementing new opportunities
Within your role you will be free to propose new technologies, pitch new ideas and suggest new and innovative approaches to the current way of work.
– Bachelor degree or higher in either: Computer Science, Business Informatics or HRM
– 3+ years of SAP experience
– 6+ years of experience within an IT environment (hands-on experience)
– Strong interpersonal skill
– Team player
Furthermore, you are someone who likes to stay up-to-date, you are well aware about the technological changes within the industry and love to learn about and teach them to others.
